Losing Weight With Shakes or Supplements: Which Is Better?

We asked two clients who have experience with both shakes and supplements, and we also examine what research says about losing weight with mushrooms.

  • Chewing is crucial for proper digestion: Chewing is the first step in digestion, allowing enzymes to begin breaking down food for easier digestion and nutrient absorption. Many people drink their shakes quickly, bypassing this important step.
  • Bowel discomfort: Some people may suffer from bloating or diarrhoea due to the constant consumption of liquid meals. Especially if they are lactose intolerant or sensitive to certain ingredients.
